Dr Deborah Freudenthal

Dr. Deborah Freudenthal is a Licensed Psychologist in the state of Georgia. She has been in private practice since 1992. Dr. Freudenthal provides individual therapy, family therapy, and psychological/psychoeducational evaluations for children, adolescents and adults. She has extensive experience working with school related difficulties, including Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Learning Disabilities. She also works with clients seeking assistance with anxiety disorders, depression, adjustment disorders, stress, and divorce and blended families. Dr. Freudenthal also has experience in the treatment of veterans and their families.

Dr. Freudenthal's experience includes a broad range of psychological services and settings. Prior to establishing her private practice, she worked at a Child Development Institute, on an inpatient adolescent psychiatric unit, and in a community mental health center. Before getting her doctorate in psychology, Dr. Freudenthal taught special education students at a Fulton County middle school.

Dr. Freudenthal received her Ph.D. in School Psychology from Georgia State University in 1992. Dr. Freudenthal also has a Masters degree in Communication Disorders with a specialty in Learning Disabilities from Northwestern University.

Dr. Freudenthal is a member of the American Psychological Association and she is a Fellow of the Georgia Psychological Association.
